God, it's great stuff - and only 10 effective carbs per serving. My
two things I really missed were honey (& some kind soul here steered
me toward's Steeles LC 'honey,' which is not great, but really helps
when the craving hits) and pasta pasta pasta - I was leery of this
pasta after other miserable attempts to LC delicious things, but this
stuff is awesome and cheap - $2.19 for a box of penne. I found that
you need to cook it a little longer than the 10 mins. recommended for
proper al dente toothiness without undercooking, then add any LC sauce
or just butter & aged Parmigianno - heaven!!

Here's their website. I haven't tried the stuff, but this post inspired me
to do a little googling:
http://www.bellavistafarm.com/pasta.asp

Seeing that this is sold as regular pasta, not LC, I'd be very
skeptical of the carb count of 10g. They don't have any nutritional
info on the website. What is the serving size and the rest of the
numbers?

The best pasta I've found is Darielle, which is 10g per 3/4 cup dry
serving. Regular pasta is in the 40g range. I'm having a hard time
believing a pasta could be only 10g and sold as a regular pasta with
no tradeoff in taste. The Darielle is the only one I've found that is
edible, and it's still a long way from regular pasta.

I have to agree this sounds like a mislabel. There is no such thing as
good-tasting low carb pasta, AFAIK.

The boxes I have say BELLA VITA LOW CARB PASTA in huge letters across
the box & claim 80% less carbs. They have 1 g fat, 40mg Sodium, 18G
Carbs, 8G Fiber, 3G Sugars, 28G Protein & are made of defatted soy
flour, pasteurized egg white, rice flour, wheat gluten & isolated soy
proteins. I beg to differ, but I believe they are telling the truth.

P.S. Serving size is also 3/C dry (it really plumps up in water, so
cooked is much larger, as with all pastas) & it tastes pretty darn
good!

The "S" is the problem, it's Bella Vita, the prior website was for Bella
Vista, try this one:
