Default Chloresterol Level

I just finished my eighth week down 22 lb. I started the next day after
I gave blood. I just checked my cholesterol level after giving again.
It went down from 230 to 198. Food for thought.

That's great! Mine dropped 40 points in the first 4 months!

That's great! Mine dropped 40 points in the first 4 months!

First time I did Atkins mine dropped 90 points in 6 weeks. What a pleasant
surprise!

That may be significant improvement, although, I think I've read that
about 30 points is considered either normal fluctuation or error margin
in total or LDL cholesterol.

Somebody around here must know for sure.
