Boy am I sore today
I started back at the gym on Tuesday and did half the weights etc. that I
did before the accident and today I am sore. I am going to give it a rest today and hope that the soreness goes away tomorrow. The treadmill was no easier either, but I do know it will get better. Too all who's first experience with exercise is hard, hang in there it will get easier with time. Roxan |

I tried the rowing machine for the first time tonight at my gym (no climbing tonight, just weights & cardio stuff, tomorrow is climbing night), and I could only do it for 5 minutes. It was really hard, but I like it. Martha |

Water, stretching and a hot bath would help with the soreness....
