3 weights workouts and 3 cardio sessions this week I'm getting back

I suspect you're right about that effects on the scale of last night's
meal. Maintaining is good. Regardless, you're back to exercising and reestablishing pre-holiday habits. Excellent. Congrats on the maintain, but I suspect that you actually had a loss but
it won't show up till next week due to that meal the night before. Wish you luck. Good workout schedule Ray. I just got a 7 day pass to a gym and have
been taking full advantage of it too! The weight will go back down with the meal digesting!!!EWWWWW! As I know to my cost - it can take a while for things to take effect - but
