3 weights workouts and 3 cardio sessions this week I'm getting back
into the swing of things.

Stayed static on the scale though at 209.

The mitigating factor is that I had a fairly big meal last night
)budgetted for) and I hope that has offset a small loss.

Lets see what happens next week

Good deal Ray. Staying the same right now is a victory too.

I suspect you're right about that effects on the scale of last night's
meal. Maintaining is good. Regardless, you're back to exercising and
reestablishing pre-holiday habits. Excellent.

Congrats on the maintain, but I suspect that you actually had a loss but
it won't show up till next week due to that meal the night before. Wish
you luck.

As I know to my cost - it can take a while for things to take effect - but
I'm sure all your good work will pay off really soon - so hang in there,
keep it up, and fingers crossed next week shows a loss for you.
