Thanks, and one of the other pics in the folder is when I was at a BMI of
30.

I see that now.

When you can do that you can lift all the overweight women who fancy you!!!!

Lovely pictures - I think the one with the trunktwist is the best - it really

shows off your well defined muscles.

Ada

LOL, Ada, you are ornery.

JC, you are looking good. Love the muscles. No, don't lift me either.

Thanks.

If I had known that so many women wanted to be lifted, I wouldn't have had
to get the weight set. ;-)

the old-fashioned eyeglasses

I thought they looked like Burt Reynolds glasses myself.

Look carefully at the pics. The "before" pic (fleshy one) is of a much
older, more mature man. The "after" pic is a younger person. Note the face
and the hair . He did it backwards, to deceive.

Low carbing has made me look alot younger.

You are welcome.

If you lift me, I am only 205 now. You would have to lift a couple of me now.

I like to be lifted.

The other thing to consider is perspective. The closer you get, the older I
look. Also, less fat and more hair makes a big difference.

205 for reps is just a warmup.

How old are you? You look around 40 yrs. old to me.

Less fat, more hair. Got ya. You do look younger than the original pic.

I lost fat in my face. But them got my hair whacked off. Its a inch long, and
spiked now. Used to be down my back. I am a changed woman. (Not ready to share
pics yet, too shy, working on getting the courage)

You can be harsh at times ya know. But its OK, I need the reality check.

I am laughing so hard here. I hope to get to 135. Then you can spin me around
like a basketball, on your finger.
