Default What are those numbers?

I see people posting numbers when they sign off a post. I'll make a guess
that they are some sort of measurement, but what exactly is each one?

starting weight/current weight/target weight

223/177/180
my current weight is a little below my target weight... that means I
am trying to maintain my weight
