New to this :)
Hi Everyone,
My name is Jolene and I am new to this and just wanted to say Hi. I am 23, 5ft. 5 in. and currently weigh 175lbs. I have been battling my weight since high school. And for the past year I have been yo-yoing with low-carb diets. I would like to lose at least 45 lbs by Jan 1 and am waiting to follow a healthy balanced eating style with lots of exercise. I actualyl just joined e-diets and am going tol give that a wirl. Any tips and suggestions would be great. I have tried Weight Watchers but found I actually GAINED weight - so I am a little scared of what is to come. Anways - If anyone has any advice - it is warmly welcomed! Thanks, Jolene |
