Water Challenge Day 3
goal: 80 oz
actual: 80 oz + unmeasured gulps from the bubbler at the gym + whatever I drink from the 20 oz bottle in the fridge I'm about to grab before bed. Happy sipping! Jenn way too tired |

I substituted water for the usual diet soda, tea or coffee every chance I had. I had about 11 glasses yesterday.... that is 88 oz.
