goal: 80 oz
actual: 66 oz.

I definitely drink less water at home - that's what I need to work on!

I'm just the opposite. At home I always have a ton of water bottles in the
fridge and it ends up being all I drink. I'm much more likely to want tea or
diet soda at work.

I had about 14 (112 oz) glasses of water yesterday... and was up for
bathroom breaks all night because of it. I also had 2 Diet RC's, the only
soda I've had all week.

100 oz for the day. I did a 20+ mile bike ride in the morning and I usually
empty 2-3 bottles of water during the rides.
