How 'bout spelling lessons? (It's "sandwich", not "sandwitch".

Or how 'bout lessons on how to properly post queries to newsgroups?
(Hint: The subject line is not the place to ask your question!

(Sorry, folks...I'm not normally a "net-nanny", but I couldn't resist!)

Well, you could have a sandwich. You would just have to find a
low-carb bread.

You could also use lettuce or fried cheese to make a roll-type
sandwich. Or bake your sandwich foods in mini-muffin pans to make
finger food out of them.

Turkey and swill rolled up is pretty good. I offten have sandwiches. I
love the Natures own Wheat and Fiber bread that is 5 carbs per slice.

You could try a burger wrapped in a lettuce leaf rather than a bun. It's
really good, and you won't miss the bun.

I dunno. I liked "turkey and swill!" I think I'll invent a dish that
can have that name. :-)
