Why?

Lara reported problems after eating dairy. Therefore she should
avoid eating dairy until she is certain something else is causing
those problems. Eliminate a problem by trying to eliminate its
source, simple as that.

I know - Dairy is good for most people so it can sound strange
that she should avoid it. It's can't possibly be dairy that's the
source of the problem because dairy is good for most people
therefore it's good for everyone, right? That's too much like
saying peanuts are good for most people therefore you won't
get sick from eating peanuts, either. Except that the symptoms
of peanut allergy tend to be fatal not subtle it's the exact same
logic.
