Celery, cucumber slices, cheese crisps (homemade), zucchini slices, raw
broccoli and cauliflower,sunflower seeds.
I also have the occasional carrot when I want something very crunchy but I
am on a different plan then Atkins Induction.

Hi.

I'm in induction and I'm craving something with "crunch" like popcorn or
"chew" like raisins. Maybe it's just salt and sugar. :-D

What kind of snacks, other than pork rinds and beef jerky, could you
recommend?

Thanks!

My favorite salty/crunchy snack is "Just The Cheese" - they're little
disks of ground up cheese that have been baked and seasoned (lots of
different flavors like nacho, herb, etc). I love 'em and they're only
1 gm per serving - the serving is a half of a bag, about 18 pieces,
which is a lot.

For sweet, try sugar-free Jello with a dollop of fresh whipped cream
(or a squirt of Reddi-Whip which is, remarkably, less than a gram of
carbs per serving).

I put 1/4 cup whole almonds in a small frying pan with a little butter, add
some garlic powder, cook a couple of minutes and enjoy. Use the spice you like
- how about chili powder?
