Default Well, it is time to get back on the plan

I have been partying up a storm this past month or so. I did keep my
bicycle riding up, but was on a binge eating frenzy which included drinking
plenty of beer. I am ready to start over so to speak. Judging by looking in
the mirror, I probably gained 10 or so. I hope to be back to my lowest
weight in a month or so. If I can head into winter at 180 or there-abouts,
I feel I can hit an all-time low and go into next spring fitter than ever.

Time to look in the future and not worry about my little hiccup. Late
summer is always the hardest time for me to be good for some reason. I have
one more event that will include a few beers, but I can't worry about one
day too much.

Curt

It is strange. I read posts while I was being bad, but didn't feel as if I
could post. Guess I felt like I wasn't in the trenches with everyone here
while I was eating bon-bons and whatever else was in front of me at the
time. I will say, I do like pizza and good ice cream. Also, the micro
beers in Pennsylvania are really excellent. Victory, Lancaster, Stoudts and
Yards to name a few. We have too many breweries, if there is such a thing.
I am looking forward to being a skinny guy again. At least all my clothes
are fitting okay. 6'2" with a 34 waist isn't all bad, but my stomach is a
little above that waste line...you know what I mean.

That's a good thing, I think. You knew you were being bad....didn't
you even make a post saying you were going to do this? But you did keep up
the exercise -- I think that helps you hold the proper mindset. It's when
you quit thinking about diet AND quit exercising that things really go to
hell quickly - a real nosedive.

Me too. Deadly, however. Don't end up like Bill Clinton!
