Dear all:

I have never posted any word that could be hurting to anybody as some
of you have done with me (like stupid, troll, and other).

I was telling you my experience doing Atkins diet as it is suggested in
their web page.

I am not saying that Atkins diet does not work. Who am I to say that?
More yet I have lose 3 Kg (3.75% of my body weight) in 30 days without
being hungry.
