Default Food & Exercise -- 0/17/2004

Food:

9:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese

11:45 (home): energy bar

3:45 (Fuddruckers restaurant, with folks from the gym): 1/2 turkey
burger (brought the rest home)

6:15 (crab boil at country club): 4 steamed blue crabs w/ melted
butter; 2 clam fritters; 2 chunks redskin potato; sponge cake w/
strawberries and whipped cream

Totals: 1345 calories, 59g fat (39%), 121g carbs (36%), 83g protein
(25%) -- Not really a lot for the day, but the dinner was so rich
(mostly due to the melted butter :-) ) that I don't feel I want to eat
anything more today.

1:00 -- Exercise -- bench, Olympic lifting, cardio (Pretty light
lifting workout -- spent most of our time talking.)

Bench: 1x10x45; 1x10x65; 1x5x65; 1x5x75; 2x3x75 fast; 1x5x95

Snatch -- form work: sets of 3 classic snatches followed by 1 power
snatch: 2 sets w/ hollow bar; 4 sets w/ 15kg/33lbs -- then 2 sets of 3
power snatches w/ 15/33

Cardio program week 16, Threshold day: 1.5 mile treadmill run at 5.7
mph {I was pleased by this, as I tried to do it last Friday and ended
up dropping back the pace in the last half mile when my heart rate got
higher than what I'd decided was my comfort level (170). Today it
stayed below this and I completed the 1.5 miles.}
