Default HORMONES DARN IT !

Isn't that the stuff they put in your arm?

Was told that it wasn't the greatest stuff and to use it at last resort
(it's the first thing I looked at)

Hm. Five years and instantly reversible sounds like an IUD, but you
still have regular periods with those. This Mirena product may be
something different and as yet unlicensed by the FDA, because I don't
think we have anything that works like that. Wouldn't surprise me, I'm
pretty sure depo provera was licensed over in Europe several years
before they accepted it here.

Right now I think they've got a 12-month injection in clinical trials,
but aside from IUDs that's the longest-lasting one-time thing we've got.

What else can you tell us about this lovely product?

AAAHHHH I'm due for my "Shot" (depo provera) and for the last week and

(at least) I've had a MAJOR case of the munchies (and the crankiness
too..
poor husband)... and I mean major, like I haven't had since I first
joined
Weight Watchers.

As I was about to call the funny farm and tell them to come and pick me
up,
I stumbled upon my paper with the due date on it..
AAAAAaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh now that's why !

Now that I know, today I will do two things, 1 get the darned shot, 2
plan
the rest of my week.

Sheeeesh.. ain't that funny that the hormones give you the munchies AND
the
emotional roller coaster TOGETHER? that way you can get fat and REALLY
Feel
Sh!tty about it...

Sorry guys, but the gals are gonne follow me on this one..

grrrr I'm 32, when is Menopause? Or rather when is it done and over with?

For the record.

Married men go through menopause too! :-D

Actually the way I understand it, we go through our own form of life
changes.

Hang in there Willow
