Default Low carb-high protein diet increased cardiovascular and total mortality

Bad Carbs are simple carbs like sugar and white bread.

Good carbs are complex carbs like mutli grain bread and vegetables.

Good Carbs bring your cholestrol, BMI, blood pressure down.
