Low Carb Vacation - LAS VEGAS

Hey there gang....

Heading to Las Vegas in two weeks, and really need suggestions as to how I
should go about "Low Carbing" while in Las Vegas.

I plan to go to a lot of buffets... are a lot of them catering to the Low
Carb diets now? Are any of them better than others?

Your input & feedback is greatly appreciated.

all the high end hotels on the strip have great buffets. last time i was
there (december), i decided that the Aladdin buffet was the best, but of
course the Bellagio is fantastic too (though a bit pricey). both have low
carb/SF options, including deserts! i was able to find plenty of great food
to eat at every restaurant we went to. my only problem was walking past the
Krispy Kreme on the way out of the hotel each morning. but i somehow
managed to stay away from that too.
