WW Recipes & Support (You are Invited)

You are invited.

I thought I would start a Support and Recipe club as a tool and resource to
help me, as well as others who are in the same 'proverbial' boat, who are
looking for all the help/support they can find to make the journey a little
more pleasant...maybe even fun. I'm looking at this as a life-time
adventure and a tremendous learning experience, especially since I have so
many bad habits to un-learn and replace with some new, healthier ones.
Having a PLAN that works is half the battle, and I'm so grateful that I
finally got the courage to walk into a Weight Watcher's meeting; now, I just
need to meet some new friends on my journey. Won't you consider joining me?
