Holiday Strategy
With one Christmas Dinner to attend and one three day New Year's house
guest expxected I have planned holiday strategy. Every day now I have a big (Elaine Benes) salad for lunch and vary the ingredients. That's lunch. Because of my celiac, I will be bringing my own holiday dinner, a stuffed Cornish hen with almomd flour, fruit and nut stuffing. My New Year's guest loves salmon Sushi and dry wine so no big challenge. Wevwill be celebrating five yeasr since the big weight loss. -- Diva ******** Completing 5 years of maintenance |
