Food & Exercise -- 12/10/2004 (yesterday)
Another day in Dayton:
Food: * 7:30 (hotel breakfast bar): 1/2 waffle w/ 3/4 oz. peanut butter; 8 oz. orange juice * 9:30 (work -- brought in by a colleague): 2 small "diet" cookies -- made with splenda and whole wheat flour * 10:30 (work -- brought with me): energy bar * 12:00 (Indian buffet w/ colleagues): 1/2 cup rice, and 1 serving spoon each of 5 different dishes * 4:30 (work -- brought with me): apple * 8:45 (hotel room): 4 oz. turkey burger on whole wheat English muffin w/ 2 slices f/f cheese, catsup, and pickle slices * 10:30 (hotel room): 1 oz. mixed nuts Exercise: 7:30 -- 30 minutes treadmill intervals -- pattern: 15 x (1 minute at 6.5, 1 minute at 2.0) Chris 262/135/ (135-145) |
