Default Do you eat the WW frozen meals?

Thanks. I know I am really luck with my metoablism. As I mentioned a few
weeks ago this kind of drives my wife crazy. I work out a little more than
her but the pounds melt off me.

She is proud and jealous at the same time.

Anway today I have a lean cuisine pizza to eat. Hope it's good. Lunch
calls.

I really like then, but they kind of leave me a bit hungry...anyone
else?

I usually have a frozen WW type meal at lunch. If not WW, then Healthy
Choice or Lean Cuisine. One of the supermarkets near me always has one of
these on sale. This week Lean Cuisine for $2.00.

I will have a cup of soup with them, along with a big glass of water.

Maybe an apple about an hour later and that seems to work for me.

Lean Cuisine has introduced new grilled panini sandwiches. They grill in
the microwave. They are pretty good. Try them, if you can find them.

Not sure on the sodium content of these frozen meals and my daily cup of
soup. I did check my blood pressure out on one of those store machines
and
it was normal. Due, I'm sure, to the fact that I have lost 45 pounds and
am
working out.

i can imagine, i ahve so far found ww really easy, with an avergae weight
loss of about .800grm each week, i feel for my freind who i go with as hers
is usually only about .100grm but as i said to her metabolism has a lot to
do with it and as well my job is quite physical and hers is an office job,
so it all adds up in the end...........as i say any loss is a good one
doesnt matter how little :-)

I eat them for lunch. They are really good but I wished they didn't have so
much sodium in them.
