Default Motivation game 5-21-06

1- Earn at LEAST 2 APs (doesn't sound like much but with my hurt back it
ain't easy !) no roll overs!

I barely made it, walked for over an hour... 2 APs... IT"S RAINING !!!!!!!
ARG

2- Track every morsel of food and drop of drink that comes my way.

Done.. day ain't over, but I don't see not finishing it up as I'm full and
might have a snack... but not much more!

3- Stay within my points (counting flex pts, I've got a life see?)

Yup plenty of room as it is day 1 of my week.

4- Follow at least 6 of the 8 good health guidelines !

Water check
Vitamin check
Milk check
Fruits n veggies check
Proteines check
Whole grains check
Limit added sugar n acohol check (I don't drink and am not much into sweets)
Healthy oils Almost check... I got a teaspoon plus a little bit..

So 7.5 out of 8 !

I made it !!!! unless something happens tonight.. DH is sleeping on the
couch, dog's sleeping in her box.. I forsee a very quiet evening...
