Mine are not exactly alike, but close enough (I need a serial
camera-to-computer cable to get my camera working again or I'd have posted
pics of my own).

FYI, when I had a serial cable for my digital camera, it took literally
hours to get a batch of about 20 pictures from the camera to the PC, using
the software that came with the camera.

I suggest a USB card reader - they're not very expensive, and many can
take several card formats (in case you change cameras), and they can
transfer pictures from the camera card to the PC in seconds.

Gee, if you can find the 85% you might be able to get away with

I like the taste and texture of Trader Joe's Terra Nostra 73% much
better than Lindt.

Alas, no Trader Joe's outlets in Canada. I'm quite happy with the Lindt
taste and texture 70% and 85% chocolate but haven't really done a whole lot
of comparisons (except with our local Belgian chocolate maker Bernard
Callebaut (hmmm, decadent but very expensive) ).

Better than both of them is Chocolove. It's organic, available
online and has 85 % dark, maybe even higher cocoa %. The best I've
ever had. Especially the bar with cocoa bean pieces in it.

Sounds good, but I'll stick with my local Belgian! :-)
