Default Seasonal changes?

I remember in the past, before having any kind of concious eating plan, I
used to gain most of my weight during the fall and winter. It wasn't from
holiday eating since I don't do holidays for the most part, and it wasn't
from less activity since I was equally a sloth in the winter and the
summer. Something about colder weather just increases my appetite, I don't
know why. Maybe I have some bear in my ancestry, and I was just bulking up
to hibernate, lol.
