Default Weekly workout 2/26 - 3/4

Mon: did not run
Tues: 2.5 miles, hills
Wed: 4.0 miles, easy
Thurs: 2.5 miles, mid tempo
Fri: did not run
Sat: 3.0 miles
Sun: 10.0 miles, slow

A great week for running. I've lost a total of 40 pounds with only 9
more to go.
