Default Weight creeping up! Danger!

After hovering in the 79.9 - 81.4 kg range lately, my weight has
started to creep up over the last few weeks.

This morning I was 83.4 kg!

I don't think I've been going off my diet at all, but maybe some of my
calorie "estimates" or exercise-calorie estimates have been too
optimistic.

So from this morning I'm not going to estimate ANYTHING anymore -
particularly food - and if I can't actually weigh it, or if it isn't
written on the package, I'm not going to eat it.

I'll report back how it goes...

Sometimes we need to weigh portions for a week or two to retrain
ourselves. Those portions can creep up without us recognising it!

Good luck. That's one of the first things my leader says we should do if the
scale starts to creep up for no real reason. Her biggest culprit are salad
bars.

one of the important things is since we are on the go so much, virtually
everything I put in my mouth at home is micro measured, DH is very good at
portions and weights but he most often weighs anyway so when we are out he
is better able to guess, Lee

Can you clone him for me? I really could use the extra weigher in our house.

This is the best way to figure out what's wrong. That's why maintenance
has always been a struggle for me. At some point I stop the weighing
and measuring. Once I go back to that and journal everything, I do much
better.
Best of luck
