Default Food & Exercise -- 3/20/2007

Typical Tuesday -- morning run, work at conservancy, winery visit.

Food:

* 8:00 (home): 1 packet instant oatmeal w/ 22g peanut butter
* 12:30 (conservancy, brought with me & prepared there): 2 cups beef
barley soup
* 3:00 (winery): 11 oz. wine; 1 biscotti
* 8:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slice, & catsup
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 225g f/f Greek yogurt

Totals: 1383 calories (212 from alcohol), 27g fat (18%), 136g carbs
(39%), 104g protein (30%)

Exercise:

* 10:00: 3 mile run

I'm becoming addicted to the ground turkey burger

I like mine on whole wheat bread with bread & butter pickles and spicy
brown mustard.

Join the crowd :-). Mustard is probably better for you than catsup --
except for the lycopene, anyway. But I need catsup on them :-).

Join the crowd :-). Mustard is probably better for you than catsup --
except for the lycopene, anyway. But I need catsup on them :-).



Jalapeno mustard is the best!!!

I'll have to look for that one. I love jalapenos.
