Just for a reference point, can certain meds throw you out
of ketosis?
How about Xanax? Claritin?

I believe so. Don't know what medications could do that, but, when I began
taking a penicillin based antibiotic and some pain medication, I went out of
Ketosis.

Search this newsgroup for "medication", and see some of my previous
postings.

I take tylenol allergy sinus for my allergies .. Only thing that relieves
the sinus pain / pressure and stops the reaction .. If I don't stop my
reaction, I get migraines. Now here's the thing .. Since I've started
lowcarb, I think I've only had to take my meds about 3 times ... Which for
this time of year is really unusual ..

Have you tried irrigation?
I never have a snotty nose anymore!
I pour warm saline in my nose once a day and Im always clear!
