Default stress=out of control eating

Ok, it's been a rough couple of weeks. And I've used the excuse of my
"bulking phase" to eat like ****. Yeah, since I want to gain muscle right
now, I've been eating more and lifting heavy weights frequently, so that's
how you do it. But rather than upping the protein, my carbs are sky high.
I went from an average of 110g of carbs to twice that much in the last few
weeks. So, tomorrow I'm going to start a week of low cal/low carb to get
myself under control.

Recognizing the situation and resolving to get control are the important
first steps. Stay determined and do what's worked for you in the past.
I'll send some good vibes in your direction, if they can get through the
freezing rain.

It is not unexpected to hit an all time low followed by a gain. The
extreme lows are difficult to maintain and especially under the
combined excitement and distress you have experienced over the past
while. Get grounded and the pendulum will swing back.

Throw away the Oreos and get back to your usual WOE--and don't forget to
use FitDay. Even when your bulking up, it's a good idea to keep track of
how many cals your taking in, and where your getting your cals from.

Good luck.

No, that's how you EXCUSE it.

Mu your ridicule and continuing lack of support for Determined really
contravenes the mission of this group. She has worked hard to lose
weight and been very conscious and conscientious about changes in
either direction and has had an emotional setback recently. i hate it
when you get both opinionated and obnoxious at the same time. Making
other people look bad doesn't make you look good.

IMO if you have nothing positive to contribute, shut the **** up!

No, that's how you EXCUSE it.

She needs her ass kicked and someone to shove a grow up pill down her
throat.

I consider her constant whining and calling attention to herself, her
posts about her love life etc, to be immature for a mother and a
divorcee.

You a big girl. You'll work through it.

Making
other people look bad doesn't make you look good.

I don't have to do anything to make Itsy Bitsy look like ****. She's
determined to do that all by her lonesome.

IMO if you have nothing positive to contribute, shut the **** up!

Your opinion is like your asshole.

It stinks.

You're just ****ed because I didn't answer your questions regarding
mass, bulk, exercise and what you are doing wrong.

Shoulda thought about that before you posted how you ignore my advice
on training matters.

I wasn't looking to you for those answers. I rely on Krista because she
is my PT and in person at that. i know she is real. I also addressed
the question to jay jay about her experience and discussed it with Rita
on mfw.

You can be fun and you're great with the TPD but it doesn't compensate
for the nastiness. i don't take acid coated pills nicely.

Then you aren't disappointed when you got none.

Take care of your own business. You're not the appointed Usenet Queen
even if you covet the role.
