lost another lb this week
This past week I lost just 0.5 kg net, for a total loss of 19 kg (42 lb) so
far. During this past week I had that one day early in the week where my hunger spiked up incredibly. The next day I found I gained 0.5 kg, and the following day another 0.5 kg. Then it gradually came down again, and ended with an actual small net loss for the week. Except for that one day I've had no periods of hunger at all. It's still too early to tell if I'm finding a "metabolic advantage" in calories, but maybe next week I'll be able to report better on that. I am keeping meticulous calorie and carb data, and after another week I'll be able to fairly report my base metabolism for 3 weeks on low calorie followed by 3 weeks of low carb. doug |
