Default Wrong way again, and NYNY weights

I have had an incredibly stressful week and I'm sorry to say that I
slipped back into my bad eating habits again. I ate too much and
didn't drink enough water, resulting in gaining about half a kilo, a
little over a pound. I was *very* good yesterday and I have a killer
headache today, which means I'll be drinking lots but not eating a
lot. I'm all pysched up for the new challenge and have some new
rewards lined up for meeting mini goals. I'm going to make sure that
this is the last time I have a gain until Christmas!

Amberle, my starting weight for NYNY is 199.3 pounds, and my goal
weight is 180.6 pounds. (90.5 and 82 kilos) Thanks.

Hi Erin,

Sorry about the small gain. I find it helpful to look at the gains as
reminders that I need to be aware of WHY I eat. You seem to be noting that
too, so look at it as a positive reminder. Next week will be great.

Thanks Carol. I find it easier to find other ways to cope with stress
over summer, so hopefully the bad weather will disappear one of these
days. I'm certainly well and truly tired of being cold.

Sorry about the gain Erin. At least you know why it happened, and can work
on coping strategies to stop it from happening again.

Thanks Paper. I hope the warm weather lasts long enough to get my
positive mood stabilised. I was a basket case last night, eating
everything I could get my hands on. Woke up this morning to a
brilliantly sunny, warm day and I'm bursting with positivity. I'm
wearing 3/4 pants and a crop t-shirt and not wanting to eat. Roll on
summer ;-)
