But I want to let everyone know of my progress.
I can't remember the day I started (I've it written down in my
diary)..
I think just over two weeks ago. I have slipped a few times. For
instance, there was a birthday party I attended, and could not control
my points..

Last weekend my partner's parents came over for the weekend and again,
I ate more than I should have, and on Saturday we went to a wedding
where the food, albeit not being the best, kept on coming..

But I'm back on track which is surprising. Normally if I had started a
diet in the past and slipped away from it, I would not have gone back
into it.

This time I did though, and this is my third day back into the diet
after the fallout last week.

I have not weighed myself since I started, but have been keeping a
graph on my measurements. I was not expecting this much change!!
In the two weeks I have been on the weight watchers program, I lost 3
centimeters. Now, I don't know if that is much or not (just over one
inch in two weeks), but I'm rather surprised (and happy) with it!!
That's a whole size!!

Not sure what I weigh (I don't have a scale), but as soon as I'm
capable of obtaining one I will post my findings.
