Oops! Get plenty of water in the next couple of days, and flush it out.
I don't like hot dogs, but boiled ham does that to me! Shame, as I
love home boiled ham!

I hear ya. My mistake was having keilbasi (light) and saurkraut for dinner
last night. Up 2 pounds this morning. I can feel it in my ring and watch
band this morning so I know it's water.

Time to get back on track with the water and tracking. Good luck this week.

Laura, when we were out of town a week ago every morning my rings would
be impossible to remove. Then toward noon I could pull then on and off
easily. I think it is really good that we are now aware of what food
does to our body.

I can also relate...I had been waiting a year for a luncheon held in
Monterey for the Dixieland festival...I had bagels and lox...Lots of
lox...This morning I was up 5 lbs...That meal was on Saturday and I also had
a crab Louie for dinner...Otherwise I was on program...Oh wait...I had 3
very spicy bloody Mary's...So even walking 5-7 miles a day and watching
everything else really threw me off...Although I'm very aware of the why I
must admit it is rather disconcerting...Oh well...The journey continues...GG
