Hello,

I have devised a new diet and I would like your help on testing this.

The secret of dieting is to make sure you get sufficient nourishment and yet
eat a appropriately low amount of calories in order to lose weight.

Now what food do we enjoy that we can only eat a very little of.

RICH food!

i.e. cream, butter, thick with grease and all those horrible things, sauces
etc, treacle and syrup, hot chocolate sauce.

Now my theory is that if you ate 2-3 portions of really RICH food per day,
which you REALLY enjoyed, but could only eat a little of because it is so
rich (and you obviously eat it very slowly), then theoretically this would
reduce the calorie intake.

What do you think of this idea?

Is anyone willing to test it?

Naturally a daily vitamin supplement would be essential with this diet.

Your comments please, either on this newsgroup or privately to

Now go back to school and get a real education. And take
some health classes while you're at it.

Thanks a lot. I have lost 2 stone on it so far and feel GREAT! Heaps of
energy - running around, enjoying life. This diet is no problem. I seem to
derive far more energy from things like cream and rich stuff than I do
stupid stuff like vegetables and fruit. As for fibre - sure, what's wrong
with that? I am eating what I ENJOY, feeling great, and losing POTS of
weight!!!!
