New Kettlebell Company - Register for free kettlebells
Hi JC,
What kind of exercise do you do to go along with your low carb diet? Kettlebell training is a perftect complement to a low carb diet for staying fit and burning fat in particular. Burning fat is one of the main reasons for kettlebell training. There are hundreds of people who have combined a low carb, high protein diet with kettlebell training to literally transform themselves. Sorry you see this as spam, but I'm sure there are more in this group that are open to new forms of exercise and fitness than. If you would like more resources on this method of training, please let me know. Live long, John http://www.kettlebellinc.com JC Der Koenig wrote: DIE SPAMMER DIE!!! |

Keep up the good work! John http://www.kettlebellinc.com What irks people is when new people come into the group - don't offer any low carb information or support or just respond to emails and then try to sell their products. That is considered spamming. Now if JC offered the kettlebells - we would take him more seriously since he has been here for a long time and contributes (some would contest that). Maybe bnow you understand better. Your stuff is definitely very expensive. I wouldn't pay that much for weights. Diane |

Part of our the purpose of our company is to educate people on kettlebells and what they can do for them. Kettlebells are not like 'weights' in how you are thinking. All you need is one or two and you are set for a long time. In that regard they are extremely cheap compared to a full set of dumbells, a treadmill or stationary bike that is worth getting, or a gym membership that goes stagnant. In my experience, most living a low-carb lifestyle are interested in their health and fitness. Many adopt a low-carb diet to shed fat. Many have exercise as a part of their life. In that regard, we are similar and share common goals. Sorry you see the post as spam, some may not and may welcome new fitness information. Obviously our site piqued your interest enough for you to visit. Is it spam if you went to our site and checked it out? Just ignore it then. A public forum is public and usenet is as public (and FREE) as it gets. Thanks for visiting our site. John |

So basically you don't care about the established posting conventions of
this newsgroup, as long as you think you can make a buck off of someone's ignorance. DIE SPAMMER DIE!!! "KettlebellInc" wrote in message ups.com...
