Low Carb Eggo Waffles review

Just picked these up since I had a coupon and they were on sale. Well, you'd
never mistake them for full-carb waffles. They have a cardboardy texture and
they get soggy real fast. They're edible, but I warned my husband not to grab
them by mistake, I don't want to see waffles flying around the kitchen!

Yes, just like most of the low carb breads - like eating a flimsy
cellulose kitchen sponge. I found the Atkins pancake mixes on sale
for $1.79 a pouch, I add frozen blueberries and I get 11 or 12 big
waffles out the pouch. Obviously more work making them yourself, but
they are more substantial than the Eggos. K.
