Default Confused about calories needed

The assumptions that you make are so many, so fraught with error.

Is the size of the food you are calorically measuring accurate?
Is the calorie content truly representative of the portion?
Does the portion truly contain what it says it does (with so all the
fillers in todays food).
How much did you actually digest into your system?
How much of that was actually absorbed?
How much ended up in your toilet?

Get the idea?

Calorie counting is so inexact as to be of no real value over time, over
exprience. If it was, or is, then why then why the vast multitude of
failures on calric counting diets?

I won't say tha these caloric values below are correct to two decimal
spaces, but they are ballpark numbers taken from a website as well as from
the packaging.

If you know something to the contrary, pls advise.

For food, today I had the following:

1 apple = 100 calories
1 banana = 100 calories
1 orange = 100 calories
1 pear = 100 calories
1 ounce nuts = 200 calories
3 glasses of milk = 300 calories
4 whole grain toast with peanut butter and jam = 800 calories

That's already 1700 calories and I haven't even had dinner yet

The chance that you have your caloric intake correct are none to nil. If
you want to know more, ask or Google Mu.
