Default One Year Anniversary

It's really easy to maintain, since I don't crave certain things anymore. I
am really used to eating this way, and my stomach gives me trouble when I
veer off in the wrong direction. I can't even imagine eating sweets, it
just seems like poison to me. My behaivioral(sp) habits have improved
drastically. Congrats on your upcoming anniversary!

This is a great cause of celebration Deb! How are you maintaining? Is
it easy, or hard?

I am very happy for you, to say the least.

i will have my own anniversary in one month.

Congrats on the Anniversary. 20 lbs below goal weight is quite a bit
lower, did you plan that? Or did it take some time to stabilise?

Well, I don't eat sweets, and I limit red meat. I do limit my quantities.
I only eat enough to satsfy, not to get full. When my stomach is too full,
it is REALLY uncomfortable. Thanks for the good luck wishes!

That's great to hear. So, what is it that you do not eat? Do you limit
the quantity of how much you eat?

Best of luck to you. I hope that you enjoy our new life.

Thanks!
I didn't plan on going lower than 145 at first, but as I lost more weight, I
lowered my goal, and it was really pretty easy. I am comfortable at 125,
and I feel like this is where my body wants to stay. As far as stabilising,
it has stabilised at 125 for at least 4 months now.

hey! you went past your goal! Congrats, of course.

63 lbs in 52 weeks is just about perfect. I think it's the case that
most people can lose at this rate without too much distress or denial,
would you agree?
