One Year Anniversary
"~Deb~" wrote in message ... It's really easy to maintain, since I don't crave certain things anymore. I am really used to eating this way, and my stomach gives me trouble when I veer off in the wrong direction. I can't even imagine eating sweets, it just seems like poison to me. Yes, "poison in pretty packages" is a phrase I learned from Overeaters Anonymous and it certainly applies to me. Big congratulations on your anniversary, Debby, and your good work on maintenance! One Year Anniversary

I would eat cheerios w/ 1% milk for breakfast, a chicken breast for lunch, or cottage cheese w/ wheat bread & butter, and for dinner I would have fish or something I call a breakfast burrito(made w/ a flour tortilla, sauteed onions, celery, egg & salsa). I would also eat apples for snacks, or bananas, just some fruit. Or sometimes I would have low-fat wheat crackers w/ tuna mixed w/ low-fat mayo spread on top, sometimes some green olives thrown in the mix. I kept track of how many calories I was taking in at www.nutrawatch.com, I just signed up for the free account. Thanks for the congrats, and good luck to you! Sounds good, and very well done for *keeping* it off for four months - you're probably set for life now! -- Annabel Smyth http://www.amsmyth.demon.co.uk/index.html Website updated 7 August 2004 - for a limited time, be bored by my holiday snaps! LOL, I hope so! |
