Food & Exercise - 8/9/2004
Week 4 of dieting begins...
(AF, day 6) Food: Breakfast: cottage cheese w/Splenda (200 gr cottage cheese) Lunch: steamed mushrooms with mozzarella (1/2 plate mushrooms steamed with garlic and parsley, dressed w/ 1 Ts Tamari soy sauce; 125 g mozzarella) Snack: "diet cocoa pudding" (200 g light cream, 1 Ts unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2 Ts cinnamon, Splenda Dinner: leftover mushrooms, with mozzarella, 1 Tbs light mayo and 1 Tbs hot chilli sauce; "diet vanilla pudding" for dessert (125 g) Water = 7 cups; Vitamin C drink According to Fitday = 54 grams of carbs (1723 calories) Elly breastfeeding mom of a 9mo, following the balanced low carb WOE Mid July 2004: 195.8 / 185.9 / mini-goal by August 20th: 184.8 (to 187 lbs- reached) sometime in the (distant) futu 150 lbs |

Thanks I bought the mushrooms today, this will be a part of dinner
