I Am Just Amazed by My Atkins Results

I didn't either -- at first. I was so stunned by the positive turnaround in my
health and overall outlook, however, that I'm a total believer in low-carb for
life! No WAY am I going back to feeling like that again when I now know that I
CAN do something about it!

Really have not considered that yet. When I get to within about 15 pounds of
my goal, I will start reading and thinking about a new way of eating.
