I think I missed why people are telling us their journals, but after the
madness of the weekend, I thought ! might join in. It could help me
stay on track this week.

Crazy Sunday:

Breakfast:
2 Wheetabix with a half teaspoonful of sugar and a little milk: 3 points

Lunch at the pub:
Prawn cocktail: 3 points
pasta: 4 points
Marscapone and tomato sauce: 4 points
wine: 4 points

Supper:
carrot and coriander soup: 0 points
ciabatta bread: 8 points

later...
bread & cheese: 6 points

Total: 32 points
Exercise: 0 points
Result: Oops!

Manic Monday:

Breakfast:
2 Shredded wheat with a half teaspoonful of sugar and a little milk: 3
points

Lunch:
Ham and tomato sandwich: 4 points
Muller Lite Yoghurt: 1.5 points

Dinner:
Baked jacket spud: 3 points
60g prawns: 1 point
seafood sauce: 1.5 points
salad: ) points
WW snack bar: 1.5 points

Nibbles:
am break: banana: 1.5 points
before swimming: Peanut butter sandwich: 3 points

Total: 19 points
exercise: 1 hour swimming: 8 points; walking: 2.5 points
Result: 3.5 points to carry over to Tuesday!

Too Hot Tuesday!

Breakfast:
2 Wheetabix with a half teaspoonful of sugar and a little milk: 3 points
Apple: .5 point

Lunch:
ham and cucumber sandwich: 4 points
salad: 0 points
Muller Lite Yoghurt: 1.5 points
Milky coffee: 1 point

Dinner:
Fish: 2 points
New potatoes: 3 points
peas: 1 point
Carrots: 2 points

Nibbles:
1 Mr Men small orange lolly: .5 points
3 WW snack bars:4.5 points
cherries: .5 points
Bread and olive marge: 2.5 points

Total: 24 points
Exercise: walking: 2.5
Result: too many snack bars, BUT 4 points to carry over.

Notes: need more water in this hotter weather! Also should eat more
fruit and fewer snack bars!

how are carrots 2 points?
in my WW.....which is admittedly a few years old now.....carrots are 0
points?
mind you - even if it's changed - they're going to stay 0 points for me!
