Default Trying to Lose Weight Sucks!

I have wrote about different topics when it comes to weight loss and
the many different tips that help you shed excess weight. But, I have
just added one of the most important web-pages that i have ever
written and it comes from my own personal experience.
I have always used my weight loss techniques to keep fit but have had
problems shedding those last 20 pounds. I could get down and stay fit
but never could get that model look that i wanted. I just thought that
i didn't have the body type for it.
After years of research in the matters of health/fitness i have began
practicing a new diet plan that has got me down to a size 2 and this
is the smallest i have been as an adult and i am full of energy.
I want to share this free information with the public and i don't ask
for a penny in return. I want to help people lose weight, i know that
it is one of my missions in life. But wait there is a catch, a small
one, I ask you do three things.
1) You take the time to read my new page. 2) You actually follow the
plan that is very very easy. 3) Tell a friend(s) about the site and
how to lose weight.
Easy enough? So don't waste time if you have some weight to get rid
of. My new page is called "The dangers of salt" and it goes into all
the details of how to lose the weight once and for all.
Thank you so much for your time and Happy Losing Janet Collins

Would that be 1982 size 2, or 2008 size 2?

Madison Avenue size 2 or Walmart size 2?

"The dangers of salt" has given insight about the dangers that are upfront. I felt the measures to sustain low weight has not been emphasized more. The integrated info is useful.
