Default Food and exercise 5-4-06

Breakfasst:
Two low-sodium albacore tuna and guac and lettuce and 1/2 fat jarlsburg
cheese slices on zero sodum whole wheat toast sandwiches. Water. B/P
tablet.

Exercise 4.6 miles (1hr, 19 min.) Calories burned: 546. B/P: 113/76 bpm
113 at the CVS right after walking. Just right!

Also I've have been walking the right-way-around, not backwards and you
know what? There's more uphill that way than climbing the steep hill
first and "coasting" downhill more than half the way back.

After exercise:
2 cups Tangerine! juice.

AM Snack:
1 7oz. (after seeded) raw organic green bell pepper. Metamucil fiber caps
with 16 fl. oz. water.

Lunch:
1 cup mini shredded whole wheat in 1.5 cups evaporaated non-fat milk
(Need to find the unsweetened version, easily the best potassium and
calcium of the day otherwise). 16 fl. oz. water.

Afternoon Snack:
Banana. 16 fl. oz. water

Dinner: Lean cuisine pot roast in the nuker. 16 fl. oz. water with
metamucil fiber caps.

-----

Overdosed on sugar (evaporated milk, Tangerine! Juice. and banana) 186%
PDA

Skipped the one-a-day vitamin. Not long before I can manage my diet
without them.

Calories Consumed: 1694 minus 546 burned = 662 remaining (1800 calorie
diet)

Tuff. I exceeded my potassium 4700mg PDA% and Calcium 1000mg PDA% for the
first time since antiquity (Feb 25, 2006).

Congrats on the pound! It's probably a result of walking that trail in the
right direction

Congratulations on your weight loss, but looking at your record of your
food it concerns me that there aren't more vegetables. Did the pot
roast have carrots? What kind of lettuce did you eat?

You might consider eating a tangerine instead of drinking the juice so
that you will get the fiber and less sugar. The banana was very good
for you. You need the nutrients.

Vitamins can't replace the phytochemicals you receive from plant based
foods.

DestinyinheDark,

You're welcome.

We're all in the same WOE boat.

That didn't come out sounding right, did it?

All the best,

Andy
