Default “How can we get the MOST muscle and fitness and fat loss results in the LEAST amount of time?”

Hi all

I have been asking my self this question for a long time“How can you
get the MOST muscle and fitness and fat loss results in the LEAST
amount of time?”

Seems like common sense, right? Well it’s not. Most people, myself
included, are spending FAR more time in the gym than necessary to get
results.

Of course there is more to the story than just “working out less.”
This is not some gimmick that involves pills or gadgets either.
Honestly, it’s hard work.

But only 7 minutes of it. 7 minutes. No joke. You can get a great
workout in just 7 minutes. No gimmicks. Just good science, common
sense, and a darn clever way to workout.

After that 7 minutes you feel like your muscles will explode from the
pump. You get leaner, stronger, and you do it faster than any other
workout I’ve ever seen. Your energy shoots through the roof to boot.

Quickly play around with this...

1) Bodyweight Squat (always pick an easy exercise first)
2) Pushup (another easy one for upper body warmup)
3) Dumbell Swing
4) Close-grip pushup
5) Dumbell Swing
6) Mountain Climber
7) Dumbell Swing
8] Mountain Climber

You can actually do Kettlebell snatches instead of dumbbell
swings, but you wouldn't find that exercise in the fat loss
playbook.

Quick workout. And good times.
