I completely missed my ww meeting yesterday, but I don't feel guilty,
although I'm positive I did gain weight with worry this week... been
stressful, however I am going back on track today...

counting now... one chocolate bar, 7 pts.

okay... it was my little sisters wedding last night, and it was awesome... I
danced and that kind of dancing was completely high intensity workout...
however it was also my birthday so I kept having drinks put in front of
me... *sigh*... but I think I likely worked off the drinks...

regardless... I don't feel guilt, and I have no shame in having gained
weight, I'm back on track again, and hope to lose the weight I put on.

Don't ever feel guilty--life happens, believe me. You may even have
lost with all the dancing you were doing.

Good luck at your next WI.

Carrie, congrats to your sister and happy birthday to you. The
wonderful part of this plan is you can hop back on at any time. I
usually WI on Thursday but since we are going out for dinner Wednesday
evening, Valentine's Day, I will attend a meeting and WI on Wednesday.
I will probably go again on Thursday because I have so many friends at
my regular meeting and I also like my leader. Going two days in a row
can't do any harm.

great attitude, good luck this week... speaking of chocolate... I had a
special dark bar, with almonds and blueberries, well 3 squares of it, 4
points, very nice, Lee

Happy Birthday. One off day is not going to break you but I think you
already know that. Isn't it nice that we can get back on track so quickly.

thanks, Until about 1 1/2 years ago, I never thought of myself as having
such a positive attitude, my ex *possibly part of the reason why he is my ex
now* use to think my positivity and acceptance of things including friends
and weird people were a negative thing... however my current made me cry
cause he said it was one of the best things about me that he enjoys...

so yeah... I think I've got a good attitude about this diet, and I'm not
gonna let a few gains get me down... not when I've just started.... I know
it takes a few weeks/months to get the hang of things...

I'm totally still counting my points... my mom was here today and helped me
out a lot... super duper is pretty much how I'm feeling... *G*... okay I can
be dorky at times too, but thats not a bad thing either...
