Default Little bit about me...

I was an active member of the group about three years ago and, with
the support of the Group and attending meetings, I lost 80 lbs. There
have been ups and downs over the years but not as bad as this. I'm
recuperating from a three-month illness and my weight soared by 27 lbs
rather quickly. I think it's partly due to the medications I've been
on, and not having the strength emotionally to watch my eating. So,
I'd like to come back to the group and start anew.

I'm on the road to recovery, and will attend my first WW meeting in a
while this afternoon, and get back on track.

There's a lot of new people here, and some that I remember, and look
forward to getting acquainted and re-acquainted.

Hey Linda!

Life happens... imagine that!!! You'd think that after we went through all
the trouble of getting healthy, that it'd be smooth sailing..

You'll get it done, you know how, you know why, and you know how great it
feels to succeed!!!!!
