Atkins Shakes: Are these for use during induction?
I purchased the Chocolate shakes and I want to make sure these are ok for
induction. I plan to have one each for breakfast and lunch with no carb snacks such as chedder cheese between them. I will then eat dinner and have a small snack afterwards. Has anyone tried these shakes and had a positive expierence. MarshaNYC |

I've used them occasionally. The liquid ones, while more expensive, do taste better. For powdered ones, I think the carb solutions ones taste better. After induction, you can make an even better shake from soft tofu, unsweetened soy milk, and flavor syrup. |

Atkins Shakes: Are these for use during induction?
I tried the chocolate shake this morning in the can. It was kind of hard to
drink. MarshaNYC "Chet Hayes" wrote in message om... "MarshaNYC" wrote in message ... I purchased the Chocolate shakes and I want to make sure these are ok for induction. I also wondered about the Atkins shakes during induction. I bought
the chocolate and they taste nasty so I put it in the blender with a few cubes of ice, a dash of vanilla and a 1/4 cup of half and half. It tastes much better. Not quite a chocolate shake but I felt like I was getting a treat!! |

I believe the answer is Yes. As a snack or occasional meal replacement.
