Default Low-calorie white cake?

The low-fat Hostess cupcakes are nice, and the low-fat Weight Watchers cakes
are nice, but nobody seems to have a low-fat vanilla cake/cupcake. Any
ideas?

buy a low fat cake mix, or the one that is lowest points just in the box,
without additives, buy diet seven up or similar, put cake mix, and 12 oz of
the white soda in cake mix, beat together, add NOTHING else, spray cupcake
tin or put paper cups in muffin tin, bake per directions, Lee
